Kale & Pear & Ginger smoothie



You will need
300ml unsweetened almond milk
60g kale (only leaves)
1 pear, peeled
1 banana, peeled
2,5 cm fresh ginger, peeled
4 dates, pitted
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp lemon juice

Method
Place the almond milk and kale in a high speed food processor and mix well. Add pear, banana, ginger, lemon juice, dates and hemp seeds and blend until very smooth. Serve immediately.
